Pastor Stephen Fraser was raised in a religious home in New York, but lacked, like so many people, the knowledge of spiritual truth. He sensed in his heart that there had to be more to life than what his physical senses were communicating to him. As he cried out to God for understanding, God revealed his Son Jesus to him. Jesus came into his life and has been his Lord ever since.

While praying one day, the Holy Spirit spoke to his heart to go to Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from Rhema, the Holy Spirit led him into full-time ministry.

After serving the Lord faithfully in several different areas of ministry, the Holy Spirit directed him to take up residence in Louisville, Kentucky. It is here, that he is pioneering Life of Faith Bible Church along with his wife Jeanne. They have two children, Mark Stephen and Elissa Marie.

Pastor Steve ministers by the power of the Holy Spirit. His bold and convicting, yet refreshing and humorous approach in ministry inspires, instructs and ignites faith in those who hear him.
